The Administration Officer in consultation with the Practice Leads is to provide general admin support to TYSS, Lighthouse and BSS team (as directed) including, photocopying, compilation of materials/folders, preparation for program activities, document formatting/creation.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support duties including minute taking, filing, scanning, data entry
- Coordination of inventory and asset management
- Coordination of staff trainings, licenses and travel compliance requirements
- Monitor finances for services TIBI, Lighthouse and TYSS.
- Minute taking for all Team Meetings and other as directed by the Practice Lead
- Distribution of Minutes and uploading in records registry
- Administrative support functions to support the continuity and provision of services
