Doctors Appointments

Patients may be screened by a health professional before seeing a doctor depending on their health condition. Our clinic offers the following types of patient appointments: 

• Short 20-minute appointments: short consults, health education, preventive care (eg. well women’s checks), brief chronic health care reviews, new specialist referrals, emergency, or urgent walk-in appointments. 
• Standard 40-minute appointments: new patients, patients with more than one problem to discuss, Health Checks, Health Care Plans, excisions, and any paperwork that may require completion by a doctor. 

• Long 60-minute appointments:   Full medical check-ups, complex care plans, counselling, consults where a patient’s Carer, family members or translator is present.
